How does it work?
Joynly is an app that lets you discover and book the best entertainment in your city in moments. You'll find karaoke, billiards, bowling, go-kart tracks, shooting ranges, laser-tag arenas, and even a sauna or kayaking trips!
Can I book without registering?
Of course! We don't like forcing users to create accounts, so with Joynly you can book without registering. We do encourage you to create an account — you then get convenient access to your booking history, your favourite places, and in the future also free perks from Joynly!
How do I make a booking?
It's simple! Pick the entertainment category, location, date, time and number of people, then confirm your booking. Some venues that don't yet have their calendar integrated with Joynly accept bookings by phone.
When do I pay for an activity?
Most often you can choose between paying on-site and paying online. Some venues may require a prepayment.
Can I edit a booking?
Currently, changing the date means cancelling the existing visit and making a new booking for the preferred date.
Can I cancel a booking?
Each venue sets its own cancellation terms, but in most cases you can cancel your visit without any problem.
How do I cancel a booking step by step?
Open the menu in the app or on the website. Go to the "Bookings" tab. Find your visit and click "Cancel booking".
